Weichen Shih is a multidisciplinary designer from Taiwan with a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in New York and a background in Art and Design from Yuan Ze University. Her design approach is shaped by a unique blend of Eastern and Western cultural perspectives, allowing her to bring thoughtful, globally-aware solutions to her work.

Specializing in industrial design, packaging design, and visual communication, Weichen has collaborated with renowned brands in the beauty and consumer goods industries—developing innovative product concepts, structural packaging, and visual identities. Her professional experience includes work for clients like Neolastin and Womaness, where she created elegant, user-focused packaging solutions that aligned with brand values and enhanced consumer experience.

With a strong foundation in design strategy, 3D modeling, and visual storytelling, she seamlessly integrates aesthetic sensibility with functional design. Her skills span across user experience, branding, sustainable design, and manufacturing collaboration—especially in translating ideas into viable, market-ready products.
